Have you been searching for an easier, gentler way to feel better? Have you been to so many doctors and consultants – who haven’t been able to resolve your health concerns? Have you felt they just don’t understand, that they don’t really listen to you, that they are only focused on their area of speciality?
My story
Before Jackie’s Transformation
I remember many days of pain, fatigue, and despair. I was suffering from burnout and an extremely disordered immune system. I was unable to work, think clearly, or be there for my young children, my husband and my friends.
I was so frustrated and disheartened because conventional medicine offered no answers to resolve my health issues. I was just getting by with my health. I went from doctor to consultant to my bed. To be honest, I’d about given up on things ever being better.
This led me to be more open to complementary therapies. I explored healing through counselling, Reiki, EFT, kinesiology, acupuncture, sound healing, and aromatherapy. Each of these modalities offered some help. And yet, something was missing until I discovered Jin Shin Jyutsu.
What it’s like now with Jin Shin Jyutsu
And I’m so grateful that they are only a memory. Now I can wake with the sun, and I meet the day with enthusiasm and energy. I feel better: physically, mentally, and emotionally. This has created space for me to have serenity and a life filled with possibilities.
From the first session of JSJ, I could tell things were different. I love the gentle touch, the non-invasive approach, and the shifts that I experience. I found small shifts that had a cumulative effect that I have recovered. My good health is reflected in my blood results, my ability to get things done, and my bright outlook – which I refer to as my inner sparkle. My life has been transformed!
My continued good health is supported by morning rituals; regular Jin Shin Jyutsu self-care practices and being present (both for the good and bad stuff). These possibilities have helped me and my clients have a better quality of life.
But, rather than sitting on the proverbial fence, I encourage you to jump in and take the first step to feeling better. Book that first session and experience for yourself what a difference it can make.
